Facility
It is our pride that we fill the demands of our clients under one roof, right from start to finished, checked & verified product. The facilities at Isra Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. have been extended and modernized steadily over the last decade, including CNCs, and semiautomatic machining lines are being added. The production facilities are backed by well-equipped quality assurance system, design and applied research facilities.
For achieving this goal we have qualified staff, each person very trained and dedicated to his work.
CAD/CAM Department
Our design department equipped with CNC wire cut & CNC punching turret machines along with latest computer systems/software’s and printers.
Tooling Department
We have in house tooling facility with milling/ lathe machines, Surface grinders, Shapers and other necessary tools.
Press Shop
Well-equipped hydraulic & power presses line from 5 tons to 300 tons along with sharing, tapping, and drilling, broaching machines.
Machining Section
Our machining section equipped with auto lathe machines, caption/turret lathe machines, multi spindle drill machines.
Welding Section
We have Resistance Welding Machines 10 KVA-50KVA, MIG Welding Machines 250-350 amp, Arc Welding Machines 400 amp in welding department.
Powder Coating Plant
In the year 2013 we developed one state of the art powder coating shop to get hold of the facility for the basecoat application. This is mainly the backbone for parts coating’s quality and perfection. We have developed an effective dust free environment for the process which assures finest quality.
