Incoming Inspection

First-Article Inspection
Full dimensional inspection of the first production piece using CMM, micrometers, and optical comparators.
In-Process SPC

Final Inspection

PPAP Documentation & Traceability
ISRA Engineering provides comprehensive Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation for all automotive OEM components. PPAP is the industry-standard framework that demonstrates our ability to consistently produce parts meeting customer requirements.
Our PPAP submissions include all 18 required elements as per the AIAG PPAP manual, ensuring your engineering and quality teams have complete confidence in our production capability before full-scale manufacturing begins.
Every batch of components is accompanied by full material traceability documentation — linking finished parts back to raw material mill certificates, heat numbers, and processing records.

Precision Micrometers & Calipers
