What file formats do you accept?
We accept STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF, SLDPRT, SLDASM, CATPART, and PRT files. 2D PDF drawings with dimensional annotations are also sufficient for most quotes.
Is my design information kept confidential?
Absolutely. We can execute a mutual NDA before reviewing any sensitive designs. Check the NDA box on the form and we'll initiate the process immediately.
What materials can ISRA Engineering work with?
We process stainless steel, brass, aluminum, engineering polymers, Teflon, and CPVC. If you need a different material, mention it in the notes and we'll confirm feasibility.
What's included in the quotation?
Our quotation includes per-unit pricing, tooling/die cost (if applicable), setup charges, estimated lead time, material specifications, and quality documentation scope.
