Full-Spectrum Manufacturing

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

ISRA Engineering (Pvt) Limited delivers comprehensive precision manufacturing services — from power press stamping and CNC machining to in-house CAD/CAM die design — all under one roof, ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Core Capability

Power Press Stamping 10 to 100 Tons Capacity

ISRA Engineering operates a comprehensive fleet of mechanical power presses ranging from 10 Ton to 100 Ton capacity, enabling us to produce precision stamped components for automotive, heavy engineering, and industrial applications. Our stamping capabilities cover the full spectrum — from small spring clips and precision washers to large structural brackets and body panels.

Our in-house CAD/CAM Department designs and manufactures all dies internally, giving us complete control over die quality, maintenance, and iteration speed. We perform both progressive die stamping (for high-volume production) and transfer die stamping (for complex multi-stage operations).

Every stamped component is produced under our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, with statistical process control (SPC) monitoring, first-article inspection, and full material traceability documentation.

Precision Machining

CNC Machining & Wire-Cut Tolerances to ±0.005 mm

ISRA Engineering's CNC machining department is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC wire-cut (EDM), 3-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining systems. These advanced systems enable us to manufacture complex automotive components with high-precision tolerances down to ±0.005 mm — meeting the most demanding specifications of Tier-1 automotive OEMs.

Our CNC wire-cut electrical discharge machining (EDM) capability allows us to cut intricate profiles in hardened tool steels and exotic materials without mechanical stress, making it ideal for die components, punch tools, and precision inserts.

The 5-axis CNC system enables single-setup machining of complex 3D geometries, eliminating the need for multiple fixture changes and reducing cycle times while improving accuracy for complex automotive castings, manifolds, and structural components.

CNC System Tolerance
CNC Wire-Cut (EDM) ±0.005 mm
3-Axis CNC Milling ±0.005 mm
3-Axis CNC Turning ±0.005 mm
5-Axis CNC Machining ±0.005 mm

In-House Engineering

CAD/CAM Die Design Department

ISRA Engineering's dedicated CAD/CAM Department handles the complete lifecycle of die designing and die making in-house. This vertical integration is a critical advantage — it eliminates outsourcing delays, ensures direct quality control at every stage, and enables rapid iteration during prototyping.

Our team of experienced die designers utilizes industry-leading CAD/CAM software to create precision 3D models, simulate forming operations, generate optimized toolpaths, and produce detailed manufacturing drawings. From progressive dies and transfer dies to compound dies and forming tools, every design is engineered for maximum efficiency and longevity.

The department works in close collaboration with our CNC and power press teams to ensure seamless transition from design to production — reducing time-to-first-part and ensuring that every die meets ISRA Engineering's exacting quality standards.
